auto attendent

Hi,

We are running IP office 2.1.12, vmailpro 2.1
I have auto attendent turned on for when someone calls our main line. However, I need to change the menu layout temporarily. Where do i change this setting to make it refer to the new menu setup? in Vmailpro client, under users, i have one user called reception. under that i have a setup called leave where it shows how the calls are to be routed. Under short codes, i have made a new menu for how calls should be routed. how can i make the new one active?

thanks, actually i guess it would have been hard for anyone to answer since everyone is setup differently. our auto attendant is a part of a short code that tests the conditions of time of day to determine which greeting should be presented. i need to the change the path in the specific tab of the shortcode.
