Outside of using voicemail as an auto attendand, is there another option? I am looking to front my ACD group with option to press 1 press 2 etc. One or mnore of these option will direct the caller to an ACD group.

Menu service meaning voicemail right? Or I'm now being told I can use a MICA card?

yes if you have a mica card that will work, only difference being to give the option to leave a message after hours or whenever you'll need to route to express mail. mica also hase a very simple tod schedule. you can send calls to an acd group and if all agents are logged out it will follow the ncfw of the acd group
