We are trying to change our Auto Attendant local greetings but they will not save . Any suggestions?

Are you getting any error message?

Is the file format is abc.c11? which was converted from wav to c11 using Lvm utility?

On which path in the SD card you have uploaded the file?

ensure the Recording Name(in manager AA config page)should match with the Recording name(While converting the wav file using) LVM utility.

And paste the .c11 file in System/Dynamic/LVMail/AAG/ path.

I had to power cycle the system !!1
