Auto Attendant file conversion 1

Hi all,
Im trying to convert a wav file using the LVM greeting facility, the wav file is in the correct format but i get an error message when i try to convert

"The output log file cannotbe generated as C:\ProgramFiles(X86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager\LVMGreeting\output.log" is read only.

I cant seem to find this log, anyone any ideas?

Run Manager as Administrator and then run it again.

Someone should raise that as a bug, it's not acceptable to have to run apps as admin in this day and age, install maybe, but not run.
