I have forwarding off the network with some phones. If the attendant recieves an outside call, and transfers the call to one of the stations with forwarding turned on, it will not release the call. The operator gets the person on the other end, but the original caller does not get sent to the distenation. Any one know why?

Auto Attendant does not release calls to forwarded extensions

first you may want to check the COR of the attendant if it has a high enough FRL to communicate with the COR of the extension being transferred to. It may also help if you change your trunk groups disconnect supervision setting to Y and Y instead of Y and N. good luck
