auto archive without logging into mailbox

Hi,

Im sure there must be a way to do this...

I have a customer whos points all their spam email, as classed by GFI Mail Essentails to a spam mailbox, that all users have access to, but this is not opened on a regular basis.

I need to run auto archive on it everyday to delete emails older than twos weeks.

So does anyone know an way to force the archive to run on a mailbox without opening the outlook client everyday?
