Fellas! You gotta help! It's been 2 hours and I've only reached Auth code #40! I still have 200 more to go! There must be someway to import these codes. I may just cry here at the office!

So, is there a way to do this more efficiently or is inputting them one by one the only way? I mean come onn, the system can go up to 3000 users!!!!!!!!

If you're adventurous...... Save a copy of the configuration first, in case you need to go back.

Receive the configuration, then add enough BLANK account codes for what you're going to add - Just keep pressing Ctrl-N and it will make Acccount Co 0. Once you have added them, export the configuration.

Open it in Excel, delete all the rows up to, but not including AccountCode_Info_Start, then delete all rows after, but not including AccountCode_Info_End. Change the instances of Account Co 0 to the account codes you want to use, then close the spreadsheet. Answer Yes to every prompt to overwrite the existing file and save as csv.

Open the csv file in Notepad. Delete all of the commas after AccountCode_Info_Start and all of the commas after AccountCode_Info_End. Close Notepad and answer yes to save the changes.

Now import the configuration.csv back into Manager, and the account codes will have been changed. Send the configuration back, and you should be good to go.

Just use CTRL+N and then tab to the field and enter the number.
Those 200 are done in 15 minutes or so :-)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Hi tlpeter, it's not as easy as that lol. You have to highlight of click out of the window in order to ctrl+n otherwise nothing happens. Then you can paste the auth code in the top box, tab, tab to the last box for the user. Then since the extension name are all "Extn#" you have to scroll down to the user you want, and being 200 users, that's way time consuming.

There simply have to be a better way.
