Has any word heard if Avaya is doing away with the Aura messaging and replacing it with a new voicemail product? the Avaya life cycle shows hardware goes end of life in 2017.
Hardware life cycle is probably the primary concern here. Avaya has release Avaya Multimedia Messaging (AMM) however at the current time I have not seen any indication this would be a replacement for AAM. I would assume there are still a few more years of product development and support. Most of the Avaya products are migrating to VMware (or Avaya's Appliance Virtualization Platform which is there OEM version of VMware).
