Audix Voice Mail Message Problem

I have an Audix R5.0 and I'm not sure how to search this question so I'm sorry if its out there already...

Users are saying that messages that were saved and then deleted are coming back into the voice mail box as new messages...I have never had it happen to me but people who wouldn't make stuff up are reporting this. 3 users have now reported problems.

Might not be the answer, but when was the last time you rebooted?

Also, call Avaya and get the upgrade cd's to R5.1, its free. R5.0 is full of bugs.

Disp activity in their subscriber profile. Someone may have a scheduled delivery (forwarded message or new message) that keeps recurring...
