Does anyone know if you can remove the header "Your Call Is Being Answered By Audix" so that the call will be answred by the subscribers message straight away.

In the intuity audix system if the subscriber records a personal greeting, this message will not be heard. If they simply record their name, or have no name recording, it will be preceded by ' your call is being answered by.....'

Just MAKE your users administer a personal greeting in their Audix activity menu, option 3.
