We have a very strange situation. There is one voice mailbox that announces the arrival time of its messages one hour later than the system time. In other words, the message is left in the mailbox at 10 am and the message light is turned on at 10 am, the user calls into the mailbox at 10:01 am to listen to the message but the header says the message was delivered at 11:00 am. We have randomly tested other mailboxes on the same system and they announce the correct time. I have left a test message in this mailbox but the delievery time is 1 hour later than actual. We have completely removed the mailbox and rebuilt it from scratch. The station is built on a G3si that is DCS connected to our G3r for 5-digit dialing and shared Intuity Audix. No other station on the G3si is having this problem. We have almost 4000 mailboxes on this system and this appears to be the only mailbox with this issue.

Question - does the phone have a date-time button? If you press the date-time button what time shows up on the display? Curious...

The phone and everything else shows the current time. I can't figure out where his mailbox gets the time difference.

Sounds like you have the mailbox set to the wrong time zone. Check the mailbox in question make sure it is set up the same as the others mailboxes.
In VM check Switch number and community ID, for the sub in question.

There is no time zone setting for the individual on the mailboxes. The only time zone setting is for the system which is set correctly. The switch ID is the same as all the other stations on that G3si. We only use one community ID and that is correct also. We verified all the programable settings were the same as other mailboxes that do not have this problem.

One easy answer instead of chasing gremlins may be to delete the user's mailbox and then add it back in. They'll have to rerecord their greeting but it could save a lot of time.
