hey guys i need help with the following problems. i have a costumer with S8720 with CM 3 and they have witness contact center 7.7.3 for the call center. the scenario for the management they have audix-rec programmed if they need to record a call.
what happens that when they are on call and press the audix-rec button nothing happens and in the trace it shows the following
