Audix on S8300

I have an Audix problem where users can't access voicemail and calls don't reach Audix in the coverage path. The alarms show the following

Can anyone help?

VP Voice port 1. More that 25% of systems channels are not operational. Log in as SA select menu voice system administration then menu system monitor. The channels with 0 calls today are not being used.

VP Trip 005 is the channel is out of serivce. Looks like channels 0, 1, 2, and 3 are all out of service. My guess is that someone removed your analog cross connect to audix or you have a bad analog board in the PBX or the card in the audix that supports channels 0,1,2,3 is bad.

This should get you started in troubleshooting. Let me know how you make out. I would start by putting you butt set on Audix channels 0,1,2,3 and check for dialtone. If you have dialtone the problem is probably with the Audix. If not, missing/bad cross connect or patch cable or even a bad analog board.
 
There is known problem with some analog boards going out of service when they loose power. If you reset the board it will come back in service. Mach 5 Intuitys also have a known problem that if they are not rebooted every 248 days they will quit taking calls, but I have never seen one that showed any alarms.
 
Thanks for your suggestions. The Audix is IA 770 and is integral to the S8300, so there's cable no connection to check.

Do you know how I reset or reboot the Audix?
