I have the Audix R5.1 integrated to the Prologix with a C-lan. All is working well. Mailboxes and AA working great now. I built the business schedule on Bus1. When I build the AA routing table to route incoming 1000 to bus1 and box 1150(night box), it routes to night box all of the time. No attendants in the system and no stations assigned night coverage.

Any ideas?

Okay Phones,

I tried this. Station 1004 is the top of the hunt and the controller. I put a hunt-ns button for group 3 on her set.
Now when dialed 1000, AA menu plays. Push 4 goes to hunt 3(ext 1100). When normal, hunts down the ddc list.
Hunt 3 cover to night 1151 is set up. No AA routing table in audix.
When ST 1004 pushes the hunt-ns button. After pressing 4 from the AA greeting it says please wait, you hear one ring, then "call being answered by audix" plays a test greeting I put somewhere in the system that I can't seem to find. Definately not the greeting set in sub 1151. When 1151 dialed directly from any station, you hear the correct greeting. So basically the call is not transfering properly. Any ideas?

It's fixed!! I am a dumb xxx...

Here is the problem:

On the Audix AA routing table

incoming: 1000 day: bus1 Holiday: blank day box: 1150 night box: 1151

day box should have been 1000. I thought I needed a different sub box for day service. Dumb!! Those two columns day box and night box are where to route the call in either day mode or night mode based on incoming digits. Duh!!! Nooo wonder it was not going to my AA on 1000.

I am not sure why the hunt-ns thing did not work, but the schedule does once set up correctly.

Thanks for the suggestions and moral support guys!!

ScoTTel,
I am glad you got it resolved, I was trying to get you to understand that you were giving conflicting information in your posts which was confusing. The huntNS will work as stated, because I have used it many times. I suspect that maybe station 1151 does not exist in the switch or does not have a proper cover path to voice mail. It depends in your Audix if your transfer option is set to digits or subscribers, and what your transfer out of audix options are set for. There are a lot of factors involved in this and you have to somethimes think "out of the box", the switch is purely logical (its logic) and humans are not.
And since we could not dial in and look at it, all of the contributors were having to second guess and interpret what you were saying.
When ever you are lost, print it, or print to a file and post (copy and paste) the screens here, so we can see what you have done. I suspected what you had done about 3 posts ago, which is where I suggested you eliminate the AA routing and do the HuntNS, apparently I was right, but as I said you were giving conflicting extension numbers, etc, throughout your posts
