Audix Maitenance shutdown

Hi,

This morning our PBX had some problem, so I reboot it. The audix still couldn't work after reboot. It was in the Maintenance Shutdown status. I check log when I reboot the audix again. The root filesystem was corrupted. Is that meaning I need to repair the hard disk? I have't any idea about it. Could you help me?
