I'm not much of a voice mail person, sorry. Hence this question:

I have an Intuity box with no documentation (that I can discern). How (or even if) can I...

1) Determine how many seconds are in use/available on the system
2) Determine how many seconds are in use/available for individual mailboxes

I have Intuity Audix Voice Messaging System, Release 2.0 running on USL Unix System V Rel 4.2 V1.1 Patch U2.1

Thanks for yer help on this non-Definity Question.

By using the LIST command you can see the system configuration. LIST COS, To look at the cos type DISPLAY COS 1. To make a change type CHANGE COS 1. Before you make a change make sure you know who it will effect first (but you know this). Wisdom is Knowledge

To find out how many hours of speech you have to use and how much is currently in use, do the following.

From the first menu you see after logging in choose
CUSTOMER/SERVICE ADMIN
Then
SYSTEM VERIFY
Then
VERIFY SYSTEM STATUS
Audix will think about this for a short time and the return a list of data.
Arrow down towards the bottom of the list and you will see the stats for how many ports you have active, how many hours of storage you have purchased and how many of those are used.
To exit out keep pressing F-6 to get back to the main menu. Then choose AUDIX ADMINISTRATION. Now you are in the main admin screen. The ouly way I know of to see the stats for the users is to check each one with this command.
DISP ACT XXXX where the X's are the extension number. From here you cah see when messages were left in the mailbox, when the user logged in and out and how many message are in the mailbox.

I hope this helps.
