Hello,

Got a question , is it possible to backup the subscriber data ( voicemails , subs , etc ) via ftp ?

Is it also possible to do a Harddisk image via ghost ?

Thanks a lot

I'm willing to bet that there is a network backup feature of the Intuity LX. It would be a green feature that would need to be turned on. I know it costs a pretty penny to turn it on for a Intuity Map100.

THNX mate ,

thought so much , so there is no way to get to the database via ftp , unless avaya authorises it ?

at intuity LX its only possible to backup on cdrw. For Intuity you need at least release 5.1 to backup via LAN

I thought that u could backup a Definity One(IP600 etc.) Intuity via LAN.

The IP600(Definity One) comes to you with premium applications built into a single processor:
Avaya Call Processing software
INTUITY™ AUDIX® Multimedia Messaging with Message Manager "
