Has anyone had this problem. We could not access the Audix hunt group by dialing XXXX when we changed it from ACD to UCD type.
With it being a ACD its causing audix ports to use our limited call center licenses. Appreciate any info on this. Thanks

With it being a ACD group, you will have to log them in in order to take calls. If no member is logged in then you will get a busy signal when the hunt number is dialed.

This is how mine is setup. I would not do this as a ACD group one for the reason you mentioned and 2 you could loose your programming on the stations and not be able to dial in.

Code:
display hunt-group 1 Page 1 of 60
