I havent been on this system in ages and I cant for the life of me remember how to access the utility mode where I can use commands such as the one above.

In the regular Audix screen after login, you cant do this command. I tried exit and logoff and both disconnected me entirely. Im dialing in.

Please help me remember how to do this ???

Cheers,
Andre =)

Are you using 'sa' or 'vm' to log-in...?

Thanks,
CJH

Is this the old Audix or the newer Intuity? It sounds like you now have an Intuity. The commands have changed a lot over the migration to Intuity. The old filesystem list type commands have gone away.

Heres the software config:

What do you think?

That's an Audix not an Intuity. Were do you get to on the screen?
Are you sure you're dialled into the Audix and not another machine?
