Audix error 5002 1

HELP!!!!!
Morning all,
Just noticed that my Definity Audix is showing Software Alarm 5002.
Anybody any idea on what this is and how to fix it.
Sorry I cannot be more descriptive, I have not much experience of the switch and no manuals.

Above is the link to the avaya.support.com page for Definity Audix 4. Looks like the error you've encountered is a corrupted filesystem. Look in the index of the pdf file under Software>Alarms>fault codes
