I'm trying to change the way audix transfers a call, I want to add a second 5 second pause, when I change the parameters and go to save it, it says I don't have permission to change it, I am logged in under SA any ideas would be helpful

try to log in with:

user: craft
pass: crftpw

You need to login as tsc, it is generally reserved for AVAYA tier 3 support. I have made the changes myself, you set the transfer field to digits. You will need to call AVAYA if you don't know the pass, and they will charge you a huge sum for a 5 second change that we should be allow to make ourselves.
