A customer has asked the following question

Is there any possibility of AUDIX referring to feature codes as numbers rather than letters. For example, it says "to delete press star D" -- some cell phone Star D is not the number three. Actually, Chuck has a Q phone and D is the number 5???? Any suggestions or thoughts?

Anyone know of a company who can provide a customized set of new AUDIX voice files to fit the above criteria?

Is this an Intuity Audix or a Definity Audix? and what release is it?
Intuity Audix R5.
Unlike the US-English announcement set (I'm assuming you're in the US!!), the British announcement set uses the numbers instead of letter i.e. *3 instead of *D etc, etc. It's highly unlikely that your customer would want to change the announcement set!!!!
You can customise prompts within an announcement set - the Intuity documentation gives you a list of 'Commonly used Prompts' for US-English. If you need the entire list of prompts for the British announcement set and a step by step guide on how to change them - let me know.
