I have a client with a Merlin Magix and an older Intuity Audix. They need to re-record the attendant. I can't for the life of me find info. on how to do it. Any help is appreciated.

The auto attendant is a mailbox, so log in just like any user and re-record the personal greeting.
Log into Audix administration, and you can List Subscribers, and List Attendants

I was way overthinking it. I had it confused with an Octel that I used to service where you had to assign a user admin rights and then that user logged into their own mailbox and pressed a hidden option to access the attendant greetings. Thanks for the response TTT!
