Is it possible to disable the announcement callers hear after they have left a message i.e. to rerecord, approcve etc...

i am talking about the announcement you hear after the message has been left. You get the option to rercord etc but I don't want callers to hear that message

That's an "announcement" in the system. I think there's a way to delete it. It's been a while since I've worked on Audix, mostly MM these days. I think once you delete it, it can't be referenced and will be skipped. Maybe you want to try to re-name/re-number it before deleting it altogether. Also make sure you have the languages CD if you delete it and want to restore it later.

Thanks. I have that process and was going to just rename the file and then delete it. But I wanted to know if there was a command to do it. Anyway, will delete it. Thanks
