I need help implementing Audix adminstration via our lan, how is this done? I can already access CMS and the AVAYA but I need to get the Audix to work in the same way. Anyone?

You need to have an Intuity Audix to do this. From the main menu, select, TCP/IP Properties. In there will be your IP address. (If there isn't one there, Audix is not on the network.) To connect through ASA, you put in the IP address and the port is 23.

Also, be aware that some people put Audix on a direct connection to the Definity. If the IP address in Audix doesn't seem to match the rest of your network (especially the Switch and CMS IPs) it may be directly connected. You can also tell by tracing the ethernet connection.
If it is a direct connection, you can not put it on the network without doing some reprogramming in the switch. Otherwise, the connection between the 2 would go down.
