Auditing W2k member server in nt4 domain

Hi,

I want to audit permissions changes on files/dirs on a win2k member server of an nt 4 domain.

When I apply audit to th directory, I have a message telling that I have to enable Domain policy to activate the auditing, my domain is under NT4, what can I do ?
