Auditing calls

I am running a Definity G3si V6 and am looking to add auditing to the system for calls received and placed. What do you guys recommend?

If you are looking into a call accounting package I would highly recommend the Microcall system. It has very few problems and their tech support is second to none.

I used micocall a few year ago. Nice product. Currently I use eCAS. I like it alot. It is a web based platform. Do a google for call accounting. There are many products out there.
