audible alert for calls in queue

Is there a way to setup an audible alert for an agent when there are calls in queue? Thanks.
 
Do you have CMS? If so check out the Exception Alert feature.
 
Yes, in the change hunt group form, under "Calls Warning Threshold" put in the number of calls you want to queue before the alert should be heard, then put in an analog port. Connect an analog phone or flashing light or other device to the analog port in an area where everyone can hear or see. We hang a bright flashing light high up on the wall, we also double punched a flashing/loud ringing "red" phone on the same port.
