Attendant problem

Option 61 with a Norstar tie...

Operator transfers calls to the Norstar from the 61. After the calling party answers the call then seconds later the operator answers a call in which she hears the 2 parties talking to each other(the caller which she had just transferred)

This only happens when people call the operator and transferred to the extension on the Norstar but not when they direct dial into the extension and it does not happen when the operator trasnfers the call to the Meridian.

Funny about the operators because it seems to happen to particular ones..I will have to investigate.

Sounds like they aren't hitting the release button. We have one of those flakey operators here as well. Makes working on the console fun!

BTW this happens only on a few occasions and we have not been able to duplicate it.
