Attendant Measurements

Trying to find info on "attendant measurements", Definity G1.1 and cust wants to know info on attendant performance ie; how long on night, how many calls in. I know there is "list meas att today" and list perf. att today but cust wants to know for long period of time...Any suggestions on what others have done...
 
If you have Call Center with Vectoring or EAS enabled on your switch you could make the Attendant an agent. They would have to log onto the switch at the beginning of their shift and log out at the end of the day. You could use either BCMS (8 days) or CMS (many, many days) to capture attendant performance information.

I have ASA dump the list measurements attendant each night at 6pm. The console closes at 5:30. ASA appends the data into one file. At the end of the month we take this file and import into a excel spreadsheet. The excel program allows for charts and all sorts of things.
