Attendant Consoles

I am looking after a number of sites here who are running multiple attendant consoles, some with 302's and some with softconsole. Lets forget about the current softconsole issues which I am still waiting on Avaya for a patch to fix.

What I have been asked is whether you can get both consoles to ring at the same time such as with a cov ans group, rather than have the calls alternate between the consoles. Is this possible? Advice much appreciated.

Richard, I'm having the same trouble. I was under the impression you could possibly set up vectoring to handle this - but have been told no you cannot do that with consoles. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks Much!

Well the question is, what are U going to put as far as an extension in the pickup group? Any calls directed to the attdt extension will not behave normally as a attdt console call. Meaning that usually the attd will not beep indicating a call in cue if the attdt is already on a call.
