I'm currently trying to configure multiple AC users on CCM 4.3, I get one up and running but when I try to create a second user, I can login but it just sits and tries to connect call control? I made serapate pilot point and assigned a new group with the 2nd user, but nothing. Any assistance would be appreciated! thanks much......

are the phones to be controlled assigned to the ac user? it needs that for cti control.

I created 2 (AC users) 1st=AC & the 2nd=AC1 while associating each AC user with a directory number and separate pilot points. Looking over the Call Manager literature, and correct me if im wrong but do I only use one attendant console account for all AC users? or separate like I currently have?

under end users there should be an user named acuser.
You need to associate the phone for the new ac with this.
