Attendant Backup Alerting between 302C & 8410D

I have a v6 Definity with 302C attnd console. Can't get Attendant Backup Alerting to work. Trying to force 2nd inbnd call to attnd console to go to backup positions- 5 different 8410Ds. Calls in Que Warning set to 1. Backup Alerting toggled y. Time in Queue at 20 sec. Incoming Destination for inbound trks set to attd. All 8410Ds have atd-qcalls set identically on 6th button & have their client room in COS set to n for their respective CORs. Trunk Answer Any Station FAC is set & known: *0. However, we never get 6th button on any 8410D to light, let alone flash & audibly alert when receiving more than 1 call at the console. Ideas? Please. Thank you.

Even after the 20 senconds?
Is the 'destination' of the trunk 'attd' or the attds extension?
What kind of different consoles do u have. I.E., are the 'night console', 'day/night console'?

Don't know about after 20 secs. Time in Queue setting overrides Calls in Queue Warning setting (1)? In any case, I'm testing with 0 instead of 20 secs. Inbnd trks destination is 'attd', not the attnd ext. Console Type is 'principal' for Attendant 1. An Attendant 2 (that I don't know what it does) is 'day/night' under Console Type. Any other ideas besides Time in Queue? Thanks. Especially as holidays & bad weather abound.

I remember that there is something wierd about day and night consoles. It seems to me that if u don't have a night console, then u aren't suppose to have a night console. Or it makes strange things to happen. But I can't find that in the documentation any place. And who knows if that is causing your problem.
When u are testing, are u calling the outside number?

Problem resolved. Unclear as to fix but probably either Time in Queue changed to 0 instead of 20, or earlier admin change & site (remote) has finally tested properly. Thanks for assistance & good luck.
