Attendant Assignment Issue in ipLDK 300

I have programmed 2 attendant (1001 and 1002) under PGM 164, however when internal user press '0', calls always and only goes to station 1001 without overflowing to 1002 even if 1001 is engage.

Anyone can help to check the possible cause of this?

The first attendant is the main attendant, but the second should take the next call.
Have you been using the tenant groups?

Didn't program the tenant groups. Just added the 2 extension into PGM #164 Attendant Assignment.

Whenever first operator is engage, the second call come in will straight go to MOH.

I will try the tenant group PGM #120.
