On the 302C Attendant Console, S8500 release 12, there are 5 line appearances, labeled A through F. The button on the A appearance is not operating properly. Until I can get a new console in place, is there a way to make appearance A "not available" or is there a way to have the console take calls beginning at appearance F and work the other way?

I don't think this can be done. Other than changing the 302 console to a digital phone for the time being.
