attedant routing

With Time-of-day routing I want to be able to forward calls that are directed to the operator to another station when she uses Position Busy. Do not want vm cov.

Don't know if you can make it work via time of day. Try just making the operator a night destination to the person you want to cover the console, or a term whatever u wanna use. put it in the trunk grp. and tell her to always hit night button should work fine. with no coverage but then at night i suppose u want it to go somewhere so put coverage on whatever station or term u send it to might have to stretch it out. but from past people dont like to hear 10 ring's it is annoying think of it yourself. just an idea hope it helps. Change your dial plan so that 0 is an extension. Use something else for attd. Make 0 a VDN then use a vector and time of day to route the calls. During the day, if Operator puts the system in "night" it should go the the ldn night position.
