ATTD being alerted to outgoing calls?

I have a fax server that will occasionally get a bad number and will repeatedly try to send that bad number out. I can go in and delete the fax no problem. But it seems that my ATTD consoles up front get this warning beep and caller info when it tries to go out.

Can I remove that alert from their phones somehow as they get upset when they hear the beep and think it is an incoming call?

Check your system parameter features, page 17:

Restricted Number Dialed Intercept Treatment:

This is probably set to attendant, change it to tone.

That is set to tone currently. Anywhere else I could look?
