Attachments being lost.

On my exchange 2000 server, once I open an attachment once, I can no longer access it, I get an error message: Could not open one or more attachments.

I started have this problem after I had my old inbox exported to a pst file, then put it in the new system. I tried all sorts of import stuff, before I realised I could just link it in.

At first I could not access certain attachments at all. It seemed to be attachments that I also used to get on my old mail box. I'm having my old mail address forwarded to my new in-box.

Another problem caused me to reinstall Exchange. It seemed to fix the problem for a while, but now I'm only allowed one access to the attachment.

Amy help would be greatly apprectiated.

What kind of Anti-Virus?

I'm using F-Prot anti-virus. I'm the only one using this exchange server.

Try a new user. If it happens to them disable AV. Dan
