Attachment Icon in Outlook message fails to print

I have users that are running Outlook 2000 that wish to print their messages (both sent and receieved). The problem is that if the message has an attachement, the attachment icon does not print. It does however show on the screen that there is infact an attachement to the message. Is this a view setting, print setting? Any ideas?

It won't print. Just like an image doesn't print in Outlook. It's a bug in Outlook that Microsoft never corrected. joegz
