Attach file, is this possible, please help!

Is there possible to attach file thereby that form contains one text field and button, when i press button then opens windows search window where i can search harddisk files and then when i search file and press ok then the file path should come in the textbox and when i dblclick the textbox then the attached file will open.

You could use the common dialog box to search for the file input the file into a text field but it would be probally better to put it in to a hyperlink and press on the hyperlink to open the file

I already have the hyperlink search and i hope that there are option that make hardisk searh possible using that hyperlink, now i have to write the appropriate path where the field will be found. It will be must easier to serach hardisk than write the path.

Do a search on Common Dialog it will do a search on your hard disk

Its in your toolbox, if you have a newish version of Access
serious do a search you will find the code on how to use it

It,s now works, so i can search the harddisk and path appear´s in the txt box, but how to get follow that path ex. pressing button.

If txtbox is hyperlink field then the path will appear to txtbox as hyperlink but it not work as it should.

I got it work in this way:
First txtxbox format is text
Second i search the file then
Third i change the txtbox format to the hyperlink then
Fourth i go to the form and press txtbox hyperlink and it follow the path, but if the txtbox is allways as hyperlink then it just not work.
