Attach an email to a contact

I'm trying to attach an Email to a contact in Goldmine from stand alone Outlook and when i try an attach it, it comes up with this error message:

"This E-Mail is already linked to a Goldmine Contact"

I've checked and it isn't attached at all.

Anybody who can help?

Look for the email in ContSupp (you can do an email look up in additional contacts in the Details tab)

Sounds like you are using GISMO (GoldMine/Outlook link) if you click the large "GoldMine" icon in your Outlook toolbar it'll take you to the contact that the message is linked to.
