I need more information. But if your card is 2X AGP and your AGP slot on the motherboard is 4X you may have to go into CMOS/chipset and disable 4X AGP on the board. This happened to me on a Biostar M7MKE motherboard with a Diamond StealthIII S520 8MB card.
