Iv gotten it to work, with incoming and outgoing but it when i perss the frist button on the phone it picks a radom trunk to dial


is there a way to progam the buttons so , i will pick the line you want eg :button 1 = line1 button 2= line 2 and so on

aslo is there a way to have have the incoming calls say line 1 and line 2 come in on the same phone

You would program button one as a "call appearance" and each button thereafter as "line apperances" when you connected your ATM16 it should have assigned a line ID to each analog trunk. these would be what you select from the pull down next to the line button.

You can have all your lines route to the same phone. You simply need to designate to which user or group you want the incoming call to ring under incoming call routes.

i have the line apparence working but when i press theses buttons i can not mail outgoing calls

I have to set up another buttin with dial [9]; to make out going calls

can we uses the line apparence buttons work to make out going calls to
