I added an ATA 186 in call manager 4.2. When the device is connected to the network call manager is not seeing it. I used the MAC address on the label located on the device. Any idea?
I found a couple issues.
1) The original switch port was not configured on my voice vlan.
2) The MAC address I entered manually had a typo.
Informational, when I plugged the device into a good port it actually auto registered, this is how I found the MAC typo. All I have to do now is manually adjust some of the settings and assign my DN.
