AT&T Transfer/Connect

Is anybody out there using the AT&T transfer/connect feature? If so are you using a .WAV file to play the *8 then the number? I am having a problem where only 20% of the time the transfer/connect feature works. The other 80% of time the call fails and i get an AT&T message to re-dial the 800 number.

I've never used it, but most of the place's i've heard of it being used they do record the touchtones in an announcemnet of some kind... i believe the whole spec it published on their web site.

add another second of delay, usually that symptom is missing the 1st digit,
