AT&T SIP won't ring multiline appearences

While prime is in use AT&T SIP won't ring multiline appearences, call reroutes on busy to VM, can internally ring multilines when prime is in use.

Strange, this should work. Have you tried to a non prime dn on the same phone while in use?
