Greetings all.
I have G3si with an R300 about 1200 miles away. AT&T is unable to receieve Wink from the R300 (so no inbound calls). Outbound, for the most part, is ok. Here's my scenario
G3<--IP WAN-->r300<--T1-->AT&T
The T-1 is set up per Avaya docs as 2-way, ISDN, Tie.
When in inbound call comes in from AT&T, the R300 shows Incoming Call, the sessions Answers, then I see Far End Hung Up. AT&T is stating the session is timing out due to no wink.
The r300 line is configured as such:
Sig Mode = Inband
Rob Ctl = Wink-Start
Framing = ESF
Front End = CSU
Encoding = B8ZS
FDL = AT&T
Buildout = 0db
Clock Source = Yes
Collect DNIS/ANI = Yes
InterDigit Timeout = 3000
T1-PRI
RI # Type = Unknown
Send Disc = 0
All Channels are Switched
Any help is very much appreciated.
Thanks,
