Assigning a network Region 1

Is there a way to assign a 9611G to a specific network region?
I set up a new network region and before I make it a live change I'd like to test it on my phone. I have 6.3 CM

just make a /32 entry in the network map so that one specific IP belongs to your test region.

What kyle said ^^

If you are just trying to test ARS dialing, you could also change the location field manually in the station form. Just be sure to undo it when you are done testing.
