Assign Parameter field to a formula field 1

Hi
I am using Crystal reports 10
I have a multiple value parameter field
I am storing the values of employees number in the parameter field '{?emp_no}'

At the beginning of the report I entered 10 empployee numbers 10, 20 , 30..etc
Is there a way that I can construct a formula field
which will give me all the values I entered
in the multiple value parameter field

Whenever , I am trying to assign the parameter field
to any variable, only first value is showing up
Can any one please suggest

Join({?MyMVParm},",") should do the trick.
