I am looking for a way to assign advanced TCP/IP configurations to DHCP clients using Windows 2003 DHCP server, specifically with advanced DNS settings such as "Append these DNS suffixes (in order)".

We are migrating from one AD forest (domain1.com) to another (domain2.com). We need to be able to resolve names in both domains during the transition. This works like a champ if I manually enter the DNS suffixes at the clients, but I really need to do this using a dynamic method. I am sure you can do it with DHCP server, but I am not sure how, nor have I been able to research an answer.

Please assist. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you.
